Sodexo would like to congratulate...

We would like to congratulate Chelsea Roberts, our former Sous Chef, on her recent promotion to Executive Chef, here at MSUM. Chelsea has been with Sodexo for 2 years now, and since the age of 15, she's known that culinary was her passion. She attended NDSCS hoping to hone her skills so she could open her own restaurant, but that was before she found her passion in feeding the students of MSUM. Chelsea comments, "I feel so happy cooking dinner every night for the kids who don't have the luxury of going home and having a home cooked meal. That's why Home is my favorite line to cook." Chelsea and former Executive Chef, Nicole Dowhaniuk, worked side by side for a year. Chelsea had a fantastic Mentor in Chef Nicole. We would like to thank Nicole for her years of service at MSUM and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors - she will continue working for Sodexo at a different account.
